Judge Belinky campaign HQ opens today on Youngstown/Boardman border

YOUNGSTOWN — The opening of the campaign headquarters for Judge Mark A. Belinky of Mahoning County Probate Court will be at 5:30 p.m. today at the headquarters at 4485 Market St.

Food and refreshments will be served. The judge is seeking to retain the post to which he was appointed by the governor after Probate Court Judge Timothy P. Maloney retired in June 2007.
