Jeffrey Davies, 36, Southington, possession of heroin, possession of cocaine, illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia.

Jeffrey Rini, 45, Niles, receiving stolen property; theft.

Paul Warner, 21, Warren, aggravated possession of drugs.

Marcus Rutledge, 22, Youngstown, trafficking in cocaine with specification of major drug offender and forfeiture specification, illegal manufacture of drugs, possession of cocaine with specification of major drug offender and forfeiture specification.

William A. Karpenko, 23, Warren, trafficking in cocaine with specification of major drug offender and forfeiture specification; illegal manufacture of drugs; possession of cocaine with specification of major drug offender and forfeiture specification.
