Neighbors, fire officials survey damage from Girard explosion

GIRARD — The Vindicator is on the scene of the site of the explosion here at Townsend and Washington, not far from state Route 304 (Church Hill Road), that took place Thursday evening.

Neighbors were surveying the damage this morning. Debris was scattered everywhere. City fire department officials are on the scene as well as representatives from several insurance companies
