Youngstown school district voters have turned down the district’s attempts to get a 9.5-mill levy passed three times in the past:

November 2006: Yes — 8,643; No — 10,781.

November 2007: Yes — 4,603; No — 6,455.

March 2008: Yes — 10,233; No — 11,312.
