Strahin-Vernon wedding plans are announced

• Laura Strahin and Kyle Vernon, both of 11480 Unity Road, New Springfield, are engaged and have made wedding plans, the couple and their parents announce.

She is the daughter of Henry and Sarah Strahin, 11486 Unity Road, New Springfield, and he is the son of Rob and Deanna Vernon, 15880 Palmyra Road, Diamond.

The wedding will take place at 1:30 p.m. Oct. 25 at St. James Meeting House in Boardman Township Park. A reception will follow that evening at Avion on the Water in Canfield. Invitations were to be extended for both.

Miss Strahin graduated from Casal Aveda Institute in Austintown and works as a stylist for Entheos Salon and Day Spa in Boardman.

Mr. Vernon attended Ohio State University Agricultural and Technical Institute in Wooster and works as a technician for Control System Manufacturing in New Middletown.
