Social for singles at McDonald church

McDONALD — The adult education committee of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church, 618 Ohio Ave., is sponsoring a Simply Singles Social for all interested singles at 6:30 p.m. Saturday at the church.

Refreshments will be provided. Donations of toothpaste, toothbrushes, shampoo, conditioner, face soap and other personal items will be collected for members of the military serving in Iraq (no aerosol items please). Anyone wishing to donate items may leave them in designated collection boxes near the bulletin board at the north entrance to the church.
