Shrine is chosen as the setting for Hardie-Farris rite

• YOUNGSTOWN — Dawn Trickett, 3173 Sunnybrooke Drive, is announcing the engagement of her daughter, Jennifer Lynn Hardie, and George Phillip Farris, both of 35 Carter Circle, Boardman.

The bride-elect, also a daughter of Gary Hardie of Youngstown, is a home health coordinator with Professional Rehab Services in Austintown.

George and Marie Farris, 662 Cathyann Drive, Boardman, are parents of the future groom, a self-employed business owner.

The couple have chosen Our Lady of Lebanon Shrine in North Jackson as the setting for their 1:30 p.m. Oct. 18 wedding. Invitations will be issued for the ceremony and for a reception that evening at the Maronite Center.
