Greek Ethnic Day set at Beaver Township park

NORTH LIMA — The Beaver Township Park Board is sponsoring a Greek Ethnic Day from noon to 4 p.m. Saturday at Woodworth Park. The event will feature performances by the Athenian Dancers and dance instruction with audience participation. Admission is free. Various foods including gyros and Greek pastries will be available for purchase. There will also be displays and children’s games. The first dance performance is scheduled to begin at 1 p.m., with another to be presented later in the afternoon. For more information call the park board line at (330) 549-9552.
