Facts

InfoCision Corp. employs about 1,300 people in facilities across the Mahoning Valley and parts of western Pennsylvania.

A $5 million, 25,576 square foot expansion was unveiled at the Austintown facility on Interstate Boulevard. The facility previously employed 540 people, and the expansion will add another 300. Two new call centers were added in the expansion, bringing the total to six separate call centers.

Where: A new Boardman facility opened on Crossroads Drive in February 2008. 60 new works stations were added.
