Update on GMA whistle stop

WARREN — The Trumbull County Sheriff’s Department has assigned five reserve deputies to provide security a “Good Morning America’s 50 States in 50 Days Tour” in Gustavus.

Several Trumbull County roads surrounding the Stoddard Hayes Road farm of Henry and Linda Lipps have been closed in preparation for Wednesday’s live broadcast of GMA.

GMA is broadcasting live from the farm as part of its whistle-stop train tour. A Brad Paisley concert will be part of the festivities.

People attending the Paisley concert will not be permitted to drive to the Lipps farm. They will park their cars at the site of the former elementary school on state Route 87 and then be bused to the farm.

Concertgoers have been instructed to arrive at the site of the former school at 4:30 a.m. Wednesday.
