Boardman library branch remains closed

On Monday all public libraries in Youngstown and Mahoning County were closed due to the power outage.

As of noon today, the Boardman branch was still closed and without power, said Janet Loew,spokeswomanfor the library system. All other library branches in the area are open with power. Springfield, however, is without internet access.
