SALEM — Amy Scullion had three aces, six kills and three blocks Saturday to lead the Salem High volleyball team to a victory over Girard.

Olivia Mitchley had four kills and two blocks as the Quakers won, 25-6, 25-23.

Taylor Toothman had eight assists and Jessie Dillon had four kills and one block for Salem.

For Girard, Chelsea Guerrieri had an ace, three kills and six digs while Olivia Bucci had three kills.

Salem 25-25, Fitch 19-18

SALEM — Scullion had two aces, 14 kills and one block; Alli Ward had one ace and six kills; Toothman had 18 assists; and Lydia Shivers had five kills for the Quakers (9-0).

For Fitch (3-5), Ashley Guittar had two kills, three assists and four digs while Shannon Bigley had four kills and four blocks.

Fitch 25-25, Girard 14-16

SALEM — Jena Baun had eight assists and Michelle Basista had 11 digs for the Falcons.

Bucci had five kills and three blocks while Guerrieri had three kills for Girard. (5-6)

UNIONTOWN — Rachael O’Hara made five kills, 11 assists and three blocks for the Cardindals. Megg Andrews made six kills while Joey DeLisio had four digs.

Copley 25-25, Canfield 21-20

UNIONTOWN — O’Hara had five points with two aces and 15 assists. Kendall Malsch made 10 kills.

Tallmadge 25-25, Canfield 17-21

UNIONTOWN — Kalie Luklan made six kills and a block, Andrews had four kills, Malsch made three kills and O’Hara made 17 assists for Canfield (8-5).

Heartland Chrn. 25-11-25-19-19, West Branch 18-25-13-25-17

COLUMBIANA — Lauren Mitchell had 38 assists, four digs and 14 points.

Brittany Richter had 21 points and seven points. Kimberly Sterns added 18 kills and four blocks for Heartland.

For West Branch, Carly Kitzmiller had 13 points, Diana Wallace had 22 kills and eight blocks while Amanda Dontham had eight digs.

JV: West Branch won.
