The Mahoning Valley unit of the Airstream Wally Byum Caravan Club International will travel to Sugarcreek, Ohio, starting the weekend of Sept. 20 for the National Swiss Festival Rally, which is attended by members from across the country.
The organization welcomes new members from Northeast Ohio and Western Pennsylvania who have a travel trailer, fifth wheel or motor home manufactured by the Airstream Co.

Charity run adds game
NEWTON FALLS — An “I Spy” game will be added to the fourth annual Animal Welfare League’s Charity Motorcycle Run on Sept. 28.
Participants will note unique features at various attractions along the route, which starts and ends at Faces Lounge, 13 Broad St. W.
All motorcycles will head out at noon, with registration from 10 am to noon. Registration fee is $15 per rider and $10 per passenger. The run will take place rain or shine.
The fee includes continental breakfast, door prizes and buffet dinner. Proceeds will benefit the Animal Welfare League.

Munnell Run Farm Day
MERCER, Pa. — The fourth annual Munnell Run Farm Day takes place rain or shine from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sept. 21 at Munnell Run Farm, located one mile north of Mercer on Pa. Route 58 West.
Scheduled activities and family fun include an art exhibit by the Lakes Area Art Guild, traditional arts and crafts, a quilt show, a local farmers’ market with the best of the fall harvest, free wagon rides and children’s activities and trout nursery tours.
There is no admission fee, but nonperishable food items will be collected to benefit the Community Food Warehouse of Mercer County.

HOWLAND — The Howland SCOPE Center, 8273 High St., will provide social workers to discuss matters such as living wills, durable power of attorney and Ohio’s Do Not Resuscitate Law at 12:30 p.m. Sept. 18.

Boardwalk bird walk
HOWLAND — A bird walk along the new Howland Township Boardwalk will start at 9 a.m. Sept. 20 in Howland Township Park.
Those interested in participating are asked to meet near the Tiger Town playground area. The entrance to the boardwalk is a short distance away from the playground.
Binoculars are recommended but not necessary. Migrating birds such as warblers and thrushers are likely to be seen.
