• ELLWOOD CITY, Pa. — Dominique Michele Pavkovich and Adam Okie Karis, both of 513 Smiley St., were married at 3 p.m. Sept. 28, 2007, at St. Agatha Roman Catholic Church by the Rev. John Oesterle. A reception followed at Tiffany’s Banquet Center, Brookfield.

The daughter of George and Sandra Pavkovich, 625 First Ave., and son of Donald and Chrisdell Karis, 40 Schenley St., Struthers, honeymooned in Las Vegas and live at the Smiley Street address.

The bride’s strapless ball gown was enhanced with Swarvoski crystals and featured a tulle skirt and sweep train.

Marine blue gowns were worn by the honor attendants, Amelia Pavkovich and Erin Monaghan, and bridesmaids, Erin McClean, Stacy Karis, Danielle Macioge, Danielle Woodhead and Julie Beall. Junior bridesmaids, Charlee McClean, Roxanne Beall and Mikaylin Beall, wore lettuce-colored gowns. Flower girl was Annabelle Woodhead. Also participating was Darlene Moses.

Best man was Michael Karis. Groomsmen were William Baldelli Jr., Christopher Karis, Dustin Kramer, Robert McAllister, William Baldelli Sr., and Michael Fiscus. Ring bearer was Jeffrey Weisz.

Mrs. Karis, a server at Springfield Grille in Mars, Pa., is pursuing a degree in allied health at Butler County Community College, New Castle, Pa.

The groom graduated from Pittsburgh Culinary Institute Le Cordon Bleu Program with a degree in culinary arts. He is general manager of the Iron Bridge Inn, Mercer, Pa.
