Church to mark 29th pastoral anniversary

FARRELL, Pa. — New and Living Way Apostolic Church will celebrate the 29th pastoral anniversary of Bishop Alvin McCoy during services next week with the theme “The man, the mission, and the mandate.” Services will be:

•7:30 p.m. Wednesday with Pastor Robert Chavers of Community Missionary Baptist as speaker and choir from Second Baptist, Sharpsville, Pa.

•7:30 p.m. Thursday with Pastor Brian Johnson of New Light Missionary Baptist, Sharon, Pa., as speaker.

•7:30 p.m. Friday with superintendent Wilbert Hadden of Greater Mount Zion Church of God in Christ as speaker.

•7:30 p.m. Sept. 20 with Pastor Walter Gillespie of Faith Temple Baptist, Campbell, and guest choir from Cedar Avenue Church of God.

•11:30 a.m. Sept. 21 with local ministers speaking and at 6 p.m., Pastor Auston Shaw of Community Church of God in Christ in Warren, guest choir from Morris Chapel A.M.E. and guest ensemble of Sister Cynthia Ragster and Company, Sharon.
