Pishkur is new Forum health chief executive

HOWLAND — Walter “Buzz” Pishkur, the president of Aqua Ohio, has been named president and chief executive of Forum Health.

At a news conference today at Hillside Rehabilitation Hospital, Pishkur said the board of directors intends to keep all of Forum’s facilities open and is not looking to sell any of them.

Pishkur had been chairman of Forum’s board of directors, but he said he had distanced himself from the search selection process. He replaces Lowell Johnson, who was interim president.
