Boardman's JT Moore commits to Ohio State

Boardman junior J.T. Moore verbally committed to play football at Ohio State on Thursday, giving the Spartans their second Buckeye recruit in six months.

Moore (6-foot-3, 235 pounds) is a two-year starter for Boardman and projects as a defensive lineman in college.

He spoke with OSU coaches Jim Tressel and Jim Heacock on Thursday. Moore had been offered on Sept. 1, the first day college coaches are allowed to offer scholarships to juniors.
