Traffic backed up this morning on I-680 southbound

YOUNGSTOWN — Traffic is backed up this morning on Interstate 680 southbound because of an accident at state Route 193 and U.S. Route 422, police said. The crash was reported at 7:34 a.m. Traffic was still backed up to the 711 Connector interchange at 8:45 a.m.
