8-year-old hurt in fall off ATV

YOUNGSTOWN — The condition of an 8-year-old Regis Street boy who fell off an ATV he was riding near his home was not immediately available Monday. Quinton Brooks was taken to St. Elizabeth Health Center in critical condition around 7:15 p.m. Sunday, police said. He had been on the ATV along with his brother and a cousin when he fell off.
