Cherly A. Carchide, 34, of Salem-Alliance Road, Salem, cocaine possession.

Michael E. Koval, 55, of Hartzell Avenue, disrupting public services.

Richard J. Humphrey, 39, of Lansdowne Boulevard, cocaine possession.

Neil R. Patterson, 24, of Beechwood Drive, Boardman, breaking and entering.

Michael J. Boyle, 38, of Indian Run Drive, Canfield, two felony counts of driving under the influence of alcohol.

Daniel T. Carter, 34, of Oak Street Extension, Lowellville, attempted burglary and attempted theft.

Henry A. Daniels, 40, of Maple Drive, Boardman, passing bad checks.

Marquies D. Johnson, 21, of Idylwild Street, Northwest, Warren, carrying concealed weapons and marijuana trafficking.

Barry Hutchins Jr., 21, of Elm Street, improperly handling a firearm in a motor vehicle.

Lance Neilson, 21, of Foxnorth Road, Hubbard, heroin possession.

Wilson D. Taylor, 27, of Southern Boulevard, cocaine possession.

Jason Sitnic, 22, of North Osborne Avenue, burglary.

Jody Hunter, 19, of East Boston Avenue, carrying concealed weapons.

James A. Sunderman, 22, of East Chalmers Avenue, carrying concealed weapons.

Karletta A. Jones, 33, of Halleck Street, escape.

Eric J. Latimer, 19, of North Hazelwood Avenue, two counts of receiving stolen property.

Phillip Latimer, 21, of Halls Heights Avenue, receiving stolen property.

John E. Yagich, 46, of Creed Street, Struthers, two misdemeanor counts of driving under the influence of alcohol.

Raymond J. Vasel, 53, of Main Street, Mineral Ridge, or Hopewell Drive, Struthers, drug possession.

Amber L. Grimm, 25, of Ohio Avenue, assault.

Albert Byrd Jr., 56, of St. Louis Avenue, theft and telecommunications fraud.

Renita Henry, 44, of Willis Avenue, assault and cocaine possession.

Thomas A. Anderson, 24, of Woodlawn Street, Girard, heroin possession.

Kyle M. Lutz, 29, of Van Ness Street, Hubbard, breaking and entering and possessing criminal tools.

The grand jury declined to indict Reginald Young of Lemans Drive, Boardman, and Brandon Treharn of East Dewey Avenue, both on illegal gun possession charges; and Paul Groves of Canfield Road on a theft charge.
