Mayor Williams to speak at Kiwanis meeting

YOUNGSTOWN — The Kiwanis Club of Downtown Youngstown announces that Youngstown Mayor Jay Williams will be its speaker Friday at the club’s noon meeting at the YMCA, 17 N. Champion St., second floor.

The mayor’s presentation will begin at approximately 12:30 p.m., after the club’s regular weekly membership luncheon and meeting, and will conclude at 1 p.m.
