Miss Kirkpatrick, Mr. Foor to wed Oct. 4 in garden

• BERLIN CENTER — Tiffany D. Kirkpatrick and Anthony L. Foor, both of East Fourth Street in Salem, are engaged and have planned an autumn wedding.

Announcing the engagement and wedding plans are her parents William and Christine Kirkpatrick, 14660 Leffingwell Road. Parents of the prospective groom are Arthur and Margaret Foor, Merial Street, Salem.

The couple will exchange nuptial vows during an 11 a.m. ceremony Oct. 4 at Fellows Riverside Gardens in Mill Creek MetroParks, Youngstown. Invitations will be extended for the wedding and for an afternoon reception at the Tri-County Church of God in Salem.

Miss Kirkpatrick, a specialist with the Army Reserves, served a year in Iraq in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom and is serving with the Quartermaster Company in Beaver Falls, Pa. She is employed at AGC Glass in Boardman. Mr. Foor is employed by Seneca Salem Inc., Salem.
