Agana-Downing wedding to be in Brookfield

• WARREN — The engagement and upcoming marriage of Marisha Agana and Gary T. Downing, both of 9949 King Graves Road, are announcing their engagement and plans for their upcoming marriage.

They will exchange nuptial vows on Sept. 21 during a 4:30 p.m. ceremony at Tiffany’s Banquet Center in Brookfield, where their reception for family and intimate friends will be held by invitation.

Marcelo and Carmelita Agana, 172 N. Pasmal St., San Juan, Manila, in the Philippines, are parents of the bride-elect, who is a self-employed pediatrician in Cortland. Dr. Agana graduated from the University of the East Ramon Magsaysay Medical College in Quezon City, in the Philippines, with a doctor of medicine degree. She completed her residency at Rush Children’s Hospital in Chicago.

Parents of the future groom are Nancy Downing of Ashtabula and Tom Downing of Cuyahoga Falls. He served as a sergeant with the U.S. Marine Corps and is a self-employed health and life insurance broker.
