Public invited to meeting on Howland schools’ borrowing

HOWLAND — The public is welcome to attend the meeting of the Howland Local Schools Bond Issue Steering Committee at 7 p.m. Wednesday at the High School Media Center, announced Thomas Krispinsky, school district treasurer.
