Cindy L. Irvine of Boardman-Canfield Road was arrested at 2 a.m. Sunday on two counts of assault on a police officer and one count each of disorderly conduct while intoxicated, resisting arrest and aggravated trespassing. The owner of the bar said he ordered Irvine at least five times to leave the business before physically escorting her out. The bouncer was trying to get her to leave the parking lot when police arrived.
Reports show that as the first officer to arrive got out of his cruiser, Irvine was overheard saying “Somebody has to watch my kids ’cause I’m going to jail.”
