A breakdown of the partners committed to an economic development effort under the umbrella of the Western Reserve Port Authority, which operates Youngstown-Warren Regional Airport in Vienna. John Masternick, authority chairman, has proposed the following voting strength:

Mahoning County: 3 members, 3 votes.

Trumbull County: 3 members, 3 votes.

Niles: 2 members, 2 votes.

Youngstown: 2 members, 2 votes.

Warren: 2 members, 2 votes.

Western Reserve Building Trades Council: 1 member, 1 vote.

Regional Chamber: 1 nonvoting member.

U.S. Rep. Tim Ryan’s office: 1 nonvoting member.

Future $25,000-per-year partners: 1 member, 1 vote.
