Time Warner works to fix frozen channels

Is the image on your TV set frozen?

A representative from Time Warner Cable said problems with the local channels WFMJ, WYTV and WKBN, in cities such as Youngstown, Warren and Erie, Pa., are now being addressed.

He said service will be restored as quickly as possible and service calls are not necessary.
