The Mahoning County grand jury indicted these people earlier this week:

Darren L. Simpson, 20, of Millet Avenue, heroin possession and trafficking with forfeiture specifications.

Martin L. Stewart, 40, of Dewey Avenue, receiving stolen property.

Justin Sudimak, 21, of Mahoning Avenue, North Jackson, rape, burglary and aggravated burglary.

Sanjuan Smith, 39, of Almyra Avenue, felonious assault.

Michael J. Metzinger, 26, of Renwick Drive, Poland, receiving stolen property.

Dean L. Miller Jr., 20, of West Dewey Avenue or East Lucius Avenue, marijuana trafficking and carrying concealed weapons.

James G. Blackmon Jr., 51, of East Florida Avenue, aggravated robbery with firearm and repeat violent-offender specifications.

Brian Bellard, 35, of McCartney Road, felonious assault.

Yolanda M. Arcuri, 34, of East Market Street, Warren, misuse of a credit card.

Timothy O. Riley, 18, of East Florida Avenue, robbery.

Lorenzo Carter, 45, of Burlington Street, illegal gun possession and improper handling of a gun in a motor vehicle.

Corey L. Davis, 31, of Starlite Drive, Northwest, Warren, robbery.

Diamond C. Dawkins, 18, of Fifth Street, Warren, robbery.

Ronald C. Galazia Jr., 27, of New Castle Road, Lowellville, deception to obtain dangerous drugs.

Richard D. Latimer, 25, of Sylvia Lane, Boardman, burglary.

John L. Watkins Jr., 19, of Lockwood Boulevard, Boardman, or North Hazelwood Avenue, Youngstown, two counts of robbery.

Clifford Rhodes, 37, of Mahoning County Jail, breaking and entering.

Keith R. Enyeart, 22, of Elm Street, Struthers, burglary and drug possession.

David L. Shine Jr., 27, of Crandall Avenue, two counts of receiving stolen property.

Rodrick M. Jackson, 23, of West Delason Avenue, two counts of receiving stolen property.

Melvin Barrett, 52, of Glenwood Avenue, cocaine possession.

Benjamin Fontanez, 20, of West Evergreen Avenue, improperly handling a gun in a motor vehicle.

Amy J. Heasley, also known as Amy Steingasser, 40, of Ridge Avenue, burglary.

Arthur Jones, 29, of Fairmont Avenue, domestic violence and two counts each of menacing by stalking and kidnapping.

Michael A. Belasco, 43, of Perry Street, Struthers, rape, sexual battery and aggravated burglary.

Monty Lester, 44, of Manhattan Avenue, domestic violence.

Charles Nisevich, 49, of Woodland Avenue, Campbell, three counts of illegal processing of drug documents.

Kymieka Lee McGeorge, 23, of East Judson Avenue, seven counts of theft of drugs.

Julia Flick, 23, of Southern Boulevard, Boardman, attempted drug possession, attempted drug trafficking, drug trafficking and conspiracy to drug trafficking.

Jonathan Thompson, 30, of Manchester Avenue, robbery, conspiracy to drug trafficking and attempted drug possession with forfeiture specifications.

Siddio T. Salahuddin, also known as Roosevelt Hamlett III, of Volney Road, robbery and attempted drug possession with forfeiiture specifications.

The grand jury declined to indict Nicholas J. De Pizzo, 54, of Wesley Avenue, on a drug possession charge, and Charles Pullen, 26, of Selma Avenue, on an illegal gun possession charge.
