Since September 1998, Jason Kirkpatrick of Trumbull County has been sentenced to prison three times by common pleas court judges and once by a federal judge. He has been in Trumbull County Jail eight times since January 1998.

Sept. 14, 1998: One year in prison for receiving stolen property, burglary and unlawful possession of a dangerous ordnance, Trumbull County Common Pleas Court.

July 13, 1999: One year in prison for receiving stolen property, Trumbull County Common Pleas Court.

June 24, 2002: Five-year, two-month sentence for being a convicted felon who was in illegal possession of a firearm, federal court. The sentence runs at the same time as a Trumbull County case, shown below.

July 1, 2002: Four years in prison for 16 counts of breaking and entering, one count of theft of drugs, two counts of possessing criminal tools, and one count of grand theft, Trumbull County Common Pleas Court. The sentence runs at the same time as a federal sentence above.
