“BET Hip-Hop Awards” (8 p.m., BET): Top nominee Lil Wayne, Ludacris and Young Jeezy are among the scheduled performers at this always-lively gala. Lil Wayne might need a truck to haul off his hardware as the “Lolipop” man is up for an astounding dozen awards, including Best Hip Hop Video, Best Live Performer and MVP of the Year. Meanwhile, entrepreneur and philanthropist Russell Simmons will be presented with the “I Am Hip Hop” Icon Award. Comedian Katt Williams hosts the event from Atlanta.

“Ugly Betty” (8 p.m., ABC): Lindsay Lohan returns for another guest appearance on “Ugly Betty.” Seems that her character, Kimmie Keegan, wants a job at Mode and she’s depending on Betty to help get her one.
