• NEWTON FALLS — St. Mary and St. Joseph Catholic Church was the setting Aug. 8 as Amy E. Reed of North Cadillac Drive, Boardman, and Anthony J. Manolio of Jaronte Drive, Boardman, exchanged nuptial vows during a 2:30 p.m. ceremony solemnized by the Rev. Matthew Mankowski.

Following a reception in their honor at Caff Capri in Boardman, the daughter of Barbara and Ralph Reed of East Liverpool, and the son of Jack and Mary Manolio of Salem left for a honeymoon at the Bellterra Spa and Resort in Indiana. Upon return, they live at 110 Queens Lane, Canfield.

The bride earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Kentucky at Lexington, Ky. She is vice president of Charter One Bank in Boardman.

The groom, an engineer for the Magna Corp. in Lordstown, graduated from Youngstown State University with a bachelor’s degree in fine arts.

Serving as honor attendant for the bride was Nicole Zuzga of Boardman, and David Williams of Lexington performed the duties of best man.

Also participating in the ceremony were the groom’s daughter, Alexis Manolio; the bride’s father; the groom’s brother, James Manolio; and Tony and Vicki Ricci.
