IN THE CUP! Area holes in one

Jeff Forman, a member of Tippecanoe Country Club, scored a hole-in-one at Oyster Reef Golf Club in Hilton Head, S.C. at the member-guest invitational. He aced the 16th hole, 145 yards with a 5-iron. He was in a group with Brian Forman, Dave Deetscreek, and Dwane Deetscreek.

Carl Juianovich of Sharon, Pa. aced the No. 2 hole at Mahoning County Club in Girard. He used a 9-iron on the 134-yard hole. The shot was witnessed by Jim Cade, Glenn Morris, Dan Reardon and Rick Kritz.

Al Hall of Youngstown scored a hole-in-one at Tam O’Shanter in Hermitage, Pa. He used a 5-wood on the 175-yard No. 2 hole.

Joe Barber of Niles aced the No. 12 hole at Pine Lakes Golf Course in Hubbard. He used a 7-iron on the 154-yard hole and the shot was witnessed by Tom Craig and Ron Cameran.

Edward Ahlswede of Boardman aced the 162-yard, No. 11 hole using a 6 iron at Knoll Run. Witnesses were Don Ross, Bill Joyce and Jim Sutman.
