• FAIRVIEW PARK — The Rev. Michael Lanning officiated at the 2 p.m. May 10 wedding of Erin Michele McAtee and Michael Thomas Swanbeck at St. Angela Merci Catholic Church.
After the ceremony, the couple accepted congratulations during a reception at the Metropolitan Ballroom in Cleveland.
After a wedding trip to Playa Mujeres in Mexico, they live in Fairview Park.
Parents of the bride are Jerry and Coleen McAtee, 6680 Applewood Blvd., Boardman. She graduated from Case Western Reserve University with a degree in chemical engineering and is a technical-support engineer with Tremco Inc. in Beachwood.
The groom is a son of Michael and Roseann Swanbeck of Huron. He is a graduate of Bowling Green State University and a firefighter/paramedic with the city of Fairview Park.
The bride wore a strapless trumpet-style gown of natural silk.
Pale pink gowns with black accents were worn by the bride’s sisters and honor attendants, Courtney McAtee of Atlanta and Amy Masenheimer of Raleigh, N.C.
Eric Swanbeck of Fort Meyers, Fla., performed the duties of best man for his brother.
