NAACP schedules events

YOUNGSTOWN — A general membership meeting is scheduled by the NAACP Youngstown Branch for 6 p.m. Tuesday at the office, 3119 Market Street, Suite 206.

Anyone needing a ride to the polls on Nov. 4 is asked to call (330) 782-9777 in advance, or the day of election between 6:30 a.m. and 7 p.m. Leave your name, address and time to be picked up. Also scheduled by the branch is the election of officers on Nov. 6, with voting to be between noon and 7 p.m. at the NAACP office.
