ASSOCIATIONS

•ATHLETIC GROUPS

• The McDonald Sideliners will have their monthly meeting at 7 p.m. Sunday in the high school weight room. Anyone interested in becoming a member is welcome to attend.

CLASSES

• Fairfield Waterford High School Class of 1959 will meet at 6 p.m. Monday for dinner at Heck’s Restaurant in Columbiana.

• Woodrow Wilson High School Class of 1953 will meet for a luncheon at noon Monday at Johnny’s on Market Street. Guests are welcome.

• A meeting of the Camera Club will be at 7:30 p.m. Monday at Christ Church on Glenwood Ave., Boardman, The program will feature composition 101. Use the kitchen porch entrance.

• McDonald Parents of Performing Arts will meet at 4 p.m. Wednesday in the senior citizens room at the McDonald post office building.

• Newcomers Club luncheon meeting will take place at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday at Johnny’s restaurant on Market Street in Boardman. A program by Help Hotline will follow. Hostesses are Lori Brennan and Sue Johnson. Guests are welcome. For more information call (330) 726-9620.

• That Quilt Group I Belong To will meet at 7 p.m. Tuesday at Fair Park Community Building in Canfield. The program will be a folded fabric flower. Visitors are welcome.

• Warren Women’s Connection is having a “Country Fair Auction” luncheon from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Nov. 10 at Aulizio’s Banquet Center, 4395 Youngstown-Warren Road. There will be silent and live auctions, crafts and baked goods. The speaker will be Almedah Evans. The cost is $10 per person. • Court Bishop James McFadden 1650, Catholic Daughters of the Americas, will have its regular meeting at 1:30 p.m. Thursday at Sunrise Assisted Living, 335 McKinley Way West, Poland. A monetary collection will be taken up for the veterans. Hostesses will be Fanny Kosek and Mary T. Gabriel.

• Bereaved Parents of the USA announces the opening of a new chapter, the Mahoning County Youngstown Chapter of BP/USA. BP/USA, a national nonprofit self-help group that offers support, understanding and hope to bereaved parents and other family members.
