Public invited to dinner and dance at Kent VFW

AKRON — Parents Without Partners, Portage County Chapter 600, is inviting the public to a ham and scalloped potatoes dinner and dance on Nov. 1 at Kent VFW Post 3703, 500 VFW Parkway, off Stow Road, Kent.

Dinner will be served from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m., and dancing will follow with music provided by a disc jockey.

The cost is $16 for nonmembers and $14 for members of PWP. For reservations, call (330) 296-6022 before Oct. 30.
