LEIGH ANN SEIPLE/DANIEL LEUGERS


• SOLON — The Catholic Church of St. Rita was the setting July 19 for the wedding of Daniel P. Leugers and Leigh Ann Seiple.

The Rev. Carl Kish officiated at the 2 p.m. ceremony for the daughter of Rebecca and Lee Seiple of Cortland and the son of Paulette and James B. Leugers of Canfield.

A reception followed at the Beachwood Hilton, then they left on a wedding trip to Hawaii.

The bride wore an ivory gown adorned with hand-beaded lace and embroidery.

Lori Van Horn of Columbus was the maid of honor, and bridesmaids were Jennifer Leugers, Suzanne Leugers, Melissa Seiple, Terri Hafertepen, Julie Pekkanen, Sarah Sprockett, Julia Steelman and Tara Wilson. They wore black dresses.

James P. Leugers was best man, and groomsmen were Steven Leugers, Scott Seiple, Bracken Danielson, Sean Deasy, Lawson Dripps, Andrew Roeder, Brent Stehlik and Adam Van Rees. Brady and Casey Leugers were ring bearers.

The bride is a high-school mathematics teacher and head girls track coach at Solon High School. She earned her bachelor’s degree at Miami University of Ohio and her master’s in education at Kent State University.

The groom, a financial planner with Valic Financial Advisors in Cleveland, earned a bachelor’s degree in finance at Ohio University.

The newlyweds have made their home in Westlake.
