Checks can be made out to LC-ARF and sent to P.O. Box 8514, New Castle, Pa. 16107.

Because ARF is in the process of filing for tax-exempt status, check with your accountant before sending a donation.

To report animal neglect or abuse, call the county’s nonemergency number at (724) 656-9300.
