• NILES — Noelle C. Simon and Andrew J. Coggins, both of Fort Myers, Fla., were united in marriage July 12 during a 1 p.m. ceremony performed by the Rev. Jim Erb at Pleasant Valley Evangelical Church.
The daughter of Jack and Barb Simon of Liberty Township and the son of Clay and Michelle Coggins of Girard were honored afterward during a reception at DiVieste Banquet Hall in Warren before leaving for a wedding trip to the Bahamas. Upon return, they live in Homestead, Fla.
The bride wore a white strapless Cinderella ball gown enhanced with intricate beading and iridescent sequins, and completed her ensemble with a cathedral veil.
Colleen Minor, the honor attendant, wore an apple-red gown, as did the bridesmaids, Rachel and Gabriele Coggins, sisters of the groom; Leslie Majewski; Holly Morrison; and Heidi Theiss. Flower girls were Hannah and Paige Minor.
The duties of best man were performed by Nicholas Coggins, the groom’s brother, and groomsmen were Trent Etto, the groom’s cousin, and John III, Joseph and Michael Simon, brothers of the bride. Tanner Balsinger, the groom’s cousin, was ring bearer.
Mrs. Coggins graduated from Youngstown State University with a bachelor’s degree in education. She is a teacher with Lee County Schools in Florida.
The groom attended YSU and is an Airman with the U.S. Air Force stationed at Homestead Air Force Base in Florida.
