McKay-Ross wedding plans are announced

• BOARDMAN — Mr. and Mrs. David McKay of Boardman announce the engagement and upcoming marriage of their daughter, Kourtney Rebecca McKay, and Nathaniel Elliot Ross, both of Chicago.

Parents of the prospective groom are Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Ross of Barrington, Ill.

The couple have planned a winter wedding to take place in Olde St. Patrick Catholic Church and a reception to follow at the Garfield Conservatory, both in Chicago. Invitations will be issued.

The bride-to-be is art director of Associated Publications and Complete Woman Magazine in Chicago. She is a cum laude graduate of the University of Notre Dame in South Bend, Ind., with a bachelor’s degree in art and graphic design.

The prospective groom is a self-employed business owner of Matter & Order in Chicago. He earned a bachelor’s degree in English at the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minn., and a bachelor’s in interior design at the International Academy of Design in Chicago.
