Board of health offering flu shots

Mahoning County District Board of Health is offering the flu shot for $25 at its clinic from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. today at Boardman Township Administration Building, 8299 Market St. Pneumonia shots also will be available for $14.65. No appointment is necessary.

People on traditional Medicare or Medicaid must bring their cards. All people with a driver’s license should bring them to the clinic.

Also, Meridian Services, 527 N. Meridian Road, Youngstown, is offering flu shots from 1 to 3 p.m. Friday. The cost is $25. Medicare Part B and Anthem Lumenos will cover the entire amount.
