Alpha Xi Delta plans an arresting event

YOUNGSTOWN — The women of Theta Upsilon Chapter of Alpha Xi Delta at Youngstown State University are sponsoring the second annual Jail ‘N’ Bail as a fundraiser for The Rich Center for Autism, located in Fedor Hall on the YSU campus.

The event is scheduled from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Oct. 23 outside Kilcawley Center, where members of the chapter will enforce warrants and “arrest” students and faculty members, who will have to make bail to be released from a make-shift jail.

Last year the project raised $1,500 for the center, and this year the goal is to exceed $2,000.
