Cancer support group plans Relay fundraiser

EAST LIVERPOOL — The East Liverpool Cancer Support Group is planning a Cancer Extravaganza Event at the East Liverpool Motor Lodge on Oct. 16. Doors will open at 5 p.m., and dinner will be served at 6. Tickets cost $20.

The event will feature Fiesta Ware from Homer Laughlin China. Ten prizes of assorted Fiesta Ware will be given away, and there will be a Chinese auction raffle for assorted baskets and a 50-50 drawing.

All proceeds from the event will benefit the American Cancer Society Relay for Life of East Liverpool.

The support group has been serving cancer patients and their families since 1994.
