VOTER REGISTRATION Deadline
Monday is the deadline to register to vote for this election.
To register to vote, you must provide the last four digits of your Social Security number; driver’s license number; or a valid Ohio driver’s license, state identification card, a government ID card that shows a photo, name and address; or a copy of a current utility bill, cell-phone bill, bank statement, paycheck, government check, or other government document that shows the voter’s name and current address.
Those who register Monday have the option of also voting while at their county board of elections if they are there before 4:30 p.m. They can also wait and vote absentee at a later date or at their polling location on Election Day, Nov. 4.
Election boards in Ohio are open until 9 p.m. Monday for those who want to register.
Mahoning County Board of Elections at 2801 Market St. in Youngstown will open at 8 a.m. Monday. The elections boards in Trumbull and Columbiana counties will open at 8:30 a.m. Monday. The Trumbull board is at 2947 Youngstown Road S.E. in Warren. The Columbiana board is at 41 N. Park Ave. in Lisbon.
