Cascade center

Cascade Center at the Riverplex in downtown New Castle now offers three entertainment and dining spots.

The Mill Street Grille is fine dining in a more upscale atmosphere. It offers a menu of steaks, chops, seafood and pasta, and a large variety of wines. The dining room overlooks the Shenango River, and there is also an outdoor patio.

The Basin is a high-energy night club on weekends and casual restaurant during the week. It offers a menu that includes pizza and wings. Plasma screens throughout the club give everyone a good view of the game. A patio and walkway overlook the river.

Stage 3 is a comedy club that features national and regional acts. Open on weekends, it will eventually be open six days a week. It includes a VIP area.
