Hubbard residents left without power

HUBBARD — A power outage in the city left about 500 people in the dark for a little more than an hour Saturday night.

Police said the power went out at 8:13 p.m. and came back on at 9:20 p.m. in an outage that was scattered throughout the city.

Police were unsure what caused the outage.
