Catholic Charities seeks holiday sponsors

YOUNGSTOWN — Catholic Charities Regional Agency, 2401 Belmont Ave., is asking area residents to help fill baskets of food for Thanksgiving dinners for those in need.

The agency hopes to provide turkey or ham dinners with all the trimmings for Mahoning County families who are having financial difficulties. Gift cards to local grocery stores will also be appreciated.

A similar project will be conducted from Dec. 8 to 12 in order to provide food and gifts for needy families during the Christmas holidays.
