NASHVILLE, Tenn. — Christina Wirth scored 22 points and Vanderbilt forced 20 turnovers in the win. Merideth Marsh added 12 points for the Commodores (6-1), who used a 30-11 run to take a 38-19 lead into halftime.

CINCINNATI — Ta’Shia Phillips had 20 points and 13 rebounds to help Xavier earn its third straight win. Phillips scored 12 points in the second half on the way to her fourth double-double of the season. Jerri Taylor added 13 points for the Musketeers (5-2). Winthrop scored eight points in the first 71‚Ñ2 minutes of the second half before going scoreless for nearly seven minutes during a 15-0 Xavier run. Jessica Fansler led Winthrop (2-3) with a season-high 18 points.
