2004: 174,369; 6,579 (3,102 criminal, 3,477 noncriminal)

2005: 197,241; 6,741 (2,840 criminal, 3,901 noncriminal)

2006: 206,339; 7,386 (2,883 criminal, 4,503 noncriminal)

2007: 288,663; 9,008 (3,313 criminal, 5,695 noncriminal)

2008: 349,041; 11,194 (4,356 criminal, 6,838 noncriminal)

The fiscal year runs from Oct. 1 to Sept 30.
