• YOUNGSTOWN — Living in Metairie, La., after their marriage on Aug, 30 in Youngstown are Mike Drenski and his bride, the former Marissa Calko. The couple exchanged vows at 2:30 p.m. during a ceremony at the gazebo in Mill Creek Park and were honored during a reception at Cedars Hall at Our Lady of Lebanon Shrine in North Jackson.

The Rev. Greg Calko, the bride’s cousin, officiated for the daughter of Dave and Kathy Calko, 1134 Webb Road, Mineral Ridge, and son of Leonard Drenski of Bristolville, and the late Geraldine Drenski.

The bride wore a strapless satin gown enhanced with Swarovski crystals and beading.

The honor attendant, Song Han of Cleveland, and bridesmaids, Tasha Frenchko of Niles and Bethany Thacker of Girard, wore chocolate-brown gowns. Flower girl was the groom’s niece, Olivia Celedonia of Warren.

The groom’s nephew, Carmen Celedonia of Warren, was best man, and groomsmen were the bride’s brothers, Dan and David M. Calko, both of Mineral Ridge. William Celedonia of Warren, a nephew of the groom, was ring bearer.

Mrs. Drenski graduated from Youngstown State University with a bachelor’s degree. She is a graphic designer with Crystal Clear Imaging in Metairie.

Mr. Drenski is a senior instrumentation specialist at Tulane University in New Orleans, where he earned a master’s in physics.
